Can PS4 and PC Play Minecraft Together?

Yes. PS4 and PC can play Minecraft together, and the deciding factor is which version the PC player owns. PS4 runs Bedrock Edition, so if the PC player has Bedrock for Windows, crossplay works natively through the Microsoft friends list. If the PC player has Java Edition, the two can meet only on a server that runs Geyser, such as HomeyCraft.

The PS4 player needs Minecraft and a Microsoft account signed in within the game. Check your console's online requirements, since Minecraft on PlayStation has often been handled differently from other online games. The PC player needs either Bedrock for Windows or Java Edition, each signed in to a Microsoft account.
